victorvidamoiii First of all you need to upload your valid documents and proof of billing that the bill is named from you. Then wait for one week to clarify your document. Then after that, your account will be verified.

victorvidamoiii YEs... the alertpay is always used by PTC but in my opinion... i think the PAYPAL is the best because the PAYPAL is supported all the countries while the ALERTPAY is limited only..
