skroutz1346795 i cant wake up so early so as to do a walk although i love working. But it is too difficult for me to wakw up ever morning because i love sleeping. But you are right. Its the best time for a walk.

pvleroux I agree with you, I go for a run most afternoons but yes to start the day by some exxercise and get the blood flowing is refreshing.
