grundig ctv model mw70-2201 chas cuc2069 fault when turned on the hv bloc drew a hv arc to the ferite core,i replaced the hv bloc and swtd on and it went in to protect mode(hicup) has any one encounted this b4,and maybe suggest...

set powers on ok with blue scrn but no av or ant input(swts in & out of av ok) has any body had any similar faults with this MF chas set.
