I need to quit smoking!!! Can you give me some ideas to acomplish this. Its a question of live or dead to me (sys the doctor). I have been trying for almost a week.

tictac714 Well if it's a matter of life and death I would expect you to be pretty motivated... But a couple ideas to accomplish it are : try those nicotine patches. They help some people. Or you could cut down gradually. When you open a new pack of cigarettes...
