how difficult is it to quit smoking?

there is a common phrase by smokers "i hate smoke but i love smoking". do give your opinion about how difficult is it to really quit smoking.

is psychiatry still a stigma?

psychiatric problems are not well expressed due to stigma & social restrictions. do you think in this well aware society, psychiatric patients still not getting the type of care they need???

i appreciate your valuable opinion as we dont have many leaders presently on world arena who could lead this world towards peace & prosperity as compared to our past eg. Kennedy, gandhi etc.

saddam hussien a popular leader on world arena for many years, became a fugitive and finally a prisoner. apart from his sins is it justified to hang him in a very undignified way.
