My friend and me use the same ISP.And our ISP provides dynamic IP which changes every time we connect to the net.SO we get randomly generated IP's. SO there is a chance that we use the same IP in different days.SO can I refer him...

To earn more in online ,we need more referrals.But it is very hard to get referrals.So how would you you manage to get more referrals?

vishweshwarp The best way to get referrals is participating in forums and displaying your link there. I do that.
