I was very much ill in the year 2014...Reduced to 51 Kg weight...Got well after a couple of months..But since then, have been putting on weight very quickly..Have already reached 70 Kgs and got a fluffy tummy too..I despise...

ABHAY PRATAP SINGH If you believe than I can suggest a trick. "When you go to sleep finally. Just lay down and hit your head to your pillow for 5 times (if you want to want wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning)."
