When do you sleep at night?

Normally I use to finish all my regular duties and will sleep at 11.00. How about you guys?

How do you balance workload?

Everyone has workload at office. Some may relaxing at office and I normally manage my workload by designing a time chart of my own. This make me to balance my load though I have lot of complete. How about you?
