What do you do when you are sleepy?

I get dark undereye circles when I lacked sleep the night before, and it's making me sleepy at work. (I'm bad when I get sleepy, I cant think well :D) So what do you do to keep you from sleeping,especially when you are at work...

waxiedoodle They say coffee helps (but not for me, I really don't know why). One thing would be not to eat too much sweets and carbs, they tend to make you real sleepy. One friend of mine recommended eating apples. The best solution? Have a good night's sleep (at least 7...
