wdmzjld Moderate exercise and heathy eating habits are the key to lose weight.Do not try to reduce the quantity of diet,otherwise will cause your body nutritional deficiencies. And now I'm on a diet by yogo,and the weight is obviously declined.Good luck!

Do you like to eat sour fruit or well done fruit?
