Before, I thought that if I will be able to link my bank to PayPal I will be able to withdraw. But I just found out that they have a withdrawal limit of $0.00 for unverified members. Yes, that means I cannot withdraw a thing....

Herbert Smith Same here, pal. I even converted my balance from Php to USD, but still to no avail. Guess we really need to link a card then... =( But how come PayPal isn't accepting my BDO ATM Debit card?? I'm out of options here. HELP!
