webedeveloper If you have shoestring budget you start from home, study room etc. And research about low cost domain and hosting. And then put a decent website to market your portfolio...that's it. Earnig depends upon how efficient you handle it

webedeveloper Spam mails are mostly spams so I prefer to delete them. But sometimes important mails go to spam folder so I am bit cautious.
