I am looking to make something new for my family, and saw stuffed peppers on tv, thought they looked REALLY good and wanted to try and make them. Can anyone suggest a really good recipe?

peavey That's almost exactly how I make them. I have frozen green peppers just for making stuffed peppers and they cook a lot faster, so I cook the meat mixture first and stuff the peppers, then bake until they're tender.
