feeling low today!

i dont have any reasons to quote why im feeling bogged down a bit today! i guess it sometimes happens....and i have experienced it earlier also! what about you...dont you feel so...how do you get out of that feeling!

Usually we say living single means u r free to do anything in life... but having a partner has also some positives in life. what do u say ???

my blood pressure is a little high

recently,my blood pressure is a little higher than normal degree,90-130mmHg.I am afraid this is harmfull for my health. can any friends give me some advise,so that prevent it of becoming hypertensive? thanks.
