earthsong I can be lazy too, but mostly I just want something a little different. My problem is I tend to find something we like, and then make it to death because it fits my criteria for healthy, cheap and good tasting. Then I'm back to square one for a while :)

Toofancy Tonight we had leftover roast. I cook almost every single night. Any time we have enough to serve another night, I try not to waste it. Thank goodness my husband is not picky about having to eat leftovers!
