What is the diff b/w DVD+R and DVD-R ? Can an one let me know the technical diff b/wthe two? Which is more good in terms of usage and data retention capability?

write2me Yes I wanna to know the diff b/w a DVD+ and a DVD-. Thats it.. I think that it applies to a CD as well as a DVD.. any ways thanks 4 the help mate..
