could anyone help? its REALLY EMBARRASSING that i went to a camp and i talk every single night OMG! anyone who knows any method please leave a word here! it doesnt have to be medical and official. thanks!

wunkei sorry i don't get it. you mean i should talk to someone about thing that i worry? but i talk about all sorts of things while sleeping. haha there's one example. i yelled,"damn! the towel stinks!"
