How hard is it to quit smoking?

I was reading a newspaper the other day and in it some research said that it is 10 times harder to quit smoking than it is to quit cocaine!! Now that just doesnt seem true to me. How hard is it to quit? What makes it all so hard?...

princess07031980 Well it is ultimately stealing I guess, but it has become such the rage that I think anyone who downloads materials for free just does it because they can get it for free. All you really need is an anti-virus to protect yourself and you are almost guaranteed...
