Depression

How do you deal with depression? I have been on medications for depression, but I recently had a baby and it has gotten worse. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear it. Thanks.

XblackResonanceX I deal with it in a way many people don't like and they take offense to it acting as if I'm taking myself forgranted and what God gave me, and blah blah blah... Knitting, crocheting and sewing help though. So do "violent" video games.

XblackResonanceX I wake up around 9 or 10 AM. Make my coffee, check my email, clean my apartment, make dinner, play a video game or two and go back to bed...pretty boring :-/

XblackResonanceX Eh, not really. I've been married for more than a year and a half and I still feel just as crappy, if not worse...I don't know. I guess I thought it would give me more of a boost. Well, in a way it did. Just not the direction I was hoping for.

XblackResonanceX When my now husband proposed to me. He came home from work with red roses, we went out to dinner and he asked me. Of course I was starving so I just gobbled up all my food while he was nervous as hell! lol
