I am thinking to cancel my dentist appointment

My teeth are ruined and I feel pain. But anxiety is so severe and depression is severe too. Yesterday I wasn't able to interact here because of anxiety. My dental appointment is on Thursday. But I am not feeling ready to do this....

xiaolisu @dya80dya no it's not a problem anymore all of the trouble is the gift from life now I begin to realize that every difficult time come from our selfishness
