xinerbeauty Hi ,thank you for your answer .I agree with you ,I am a complete vegetarian ,so I usually don't to eat meat ,as far as I know ,plants foots lower our risk of chronic disease ,but animal foots increase it ,so I have chosen not to eat meat !
