yanna1027 Hi. Hope you'll be able to try it someday. There might be restaurants near your area who offers this on the menu. Got to try it once at least and if you like seafood, I think you'll gonna like it. Shrimps ain't bad as alternative. I love it too! Enjoy!

yanna1027 That's fine if you don't like seafood. Though it has been said that eating more seafood is one way to improve our diets and our health in general. Eating in moderation in all kind of food is also the other way to a healty you. Enjoy!

yanna1027 Thanks for the response! It happens more than once that I also bought some Clinique or Estee Lauder items just because of the freebies that they have. I didn't know that Avon has this also. Good luck!

yanna1027 I love sardines! My grandmother used to slow cook sardines drizzled with a little olive oil and wrapped in spinach leaves. She also mixed some eggplants within the pot and when it's done, it was great! Thanks for sharing your Sardeles Pastes!
