How do you go about receiving payments? Paypal or moneybookers?

As you can see by the number of posts, I'm rather new here. I lived in Singapore, so I was wondering if anyone manage to get their payment for those living outside USA and how much does Paypal charges you for each payment?...

yappyjc Hi. Nice to see you again. Good to here about the ease of using Paypal. Have you receive any payments yet? Is there any risk of disclosing your bank account no. to an online party? Would you recommend in creating a secondary account for online transacations?
