head lice invades our heads!

i was invaded by headlice because oe my nieces, and now its very itchy. i dont know what to do with this, and i think it will makes my hairfall worse! please help me with what to do? please.

warmweatherwoman I use home remedies for anything I can and Mayonnaise believe it or not..kills lice here is a how to article on it for your review
