Getting paid on online surveys? are they real?

ii've got into some websites of online surveys in which you are paid of answering it... but before doing anything you need first to pay like $60... its like a registration fee... is this a fraud thing or not?

i had this dog once which i took goood care every now and then... he is excited when i comes home and he is so sweet... but one day we found him dead... its hurts me to see my dog dead... every now and then i still thnk of him and...

I just went today with my boyfriend and cousin to eat.. well i was very full because i ate pork barbque and grilled fishh... it was so delicious and added mix with my bf...

i really like DR. HOUSE show.... it very precise and informative especially to us medical students... and it hepls us greatly to understand more about a certain disease... you'll surely enjoy watchng it....
