How much sleep do you get everyday?

The pace of our lives now is very fast. Every second counts. I need to work hard to achieve my goals. With these I sleep at most 5 hours a day. How about you? How much sleep do you get everyday?

youling I usually sleep betweeen 6-8 hours a night.I think I can sleep less than before so that I can do more things. I must pay more time during daytime.I hope my life has the significance.

youling I like milk.I hate pure milk at first,but I always dirnk pure milk and like it gradually.If you hate pure milk,you can try chocolate milk. Milk is good for our health.

I have just paid for my first Ebay purchase with my Mylot earnings. I am about as excited as my little boy is. I got him 362 Pokemon cards. He's excited for the cards, I'm excited I used my earnings to pay for them. No money out...
