Did anybody got paid by youmint?

I was wondering if anybody got paid by youmint?It sends ad msgs in mobile and ad emails too and payout is 300 rupees but did it paid anybody?I am writing this discussion under india because this site pays to indians only

they send ad mail to your account and you browse and earn so whats that all about, is that money is used to recharge your mobile bills, is that right
