yung001 Are you doing cardio or are you using equipment? I do body exercises....what I mean by that is that I use my body to help me gain muscle and lose weight.

yung001 I'm a kinda sorta coffee drinker I don't drink it often but when I do I drink a alot of it. Sugar and cream and vanilla for me! Sounds more like a cappucino though. =/
