How to get rid of a starting page

I can'nt get rid of the SlashMySearch starting page though I have removed their toolbar from IE7. It comes back every time I start a computer. Can anybory help me with this problem?

MySearch funds changed into HomepagesFriends. It looks that they have changeged a search engine provider. Now it's Yahoo. What do you think about it?
