i almost have a fight wid my brother everyday... i need help on how to deal wid him and control the situation.... he is a bit of arrogant and can be so aggressive at times.. i jes want some advise

i was assigned to be the head organizer of the art festival in our university though i'm not the kind of person who is so inclined in arts. i appreciate arts, really.. in the process of organizing, i somehow learned some things...
