~Do You Eat Fast Or Slow?~

I was discussing this with someone because I don't put a time limit on my kids for meals. If we are going somewhere I prepare things earlier so they have enough time to eat at a normal pace. I don't want them shoving food down...

Jennifer @zeedollar I have always eaten slower too, even before I knew about health benefits. My husband scarfs his food down and I don't know how he does it either.
