Do you monitor your weight? I see to it that Im having a workout to maintain my ideal weight but whenever I took some days off, fats starts to build fast.

zhangboqifengqin I moniniter my weight by limiting my supper.I blieve that more supper will gain my weight quickly.In addition,more sleeping will gain my weight too.
