Hello everybody,does anyone know the tai chi?It is a traditional Chinese martial arts,practice it for heath,you want to learn or have learned it?

zhshipu haha..I also lazy.jujitsu looks really beautiful,but i heard it requires a painful exercise,some people will be torn ligament in practice,it must hurt, i do not want to try that feeling.

zhshipu Maybe you lost your own,I think you should first find your value,and then find a suitable place to develop your own strong points,and perhaps this is difficult,but once you succed,you wil get what you want,including money.by the way,good luck!
