Technology freak, too many terms

I cant keep up with technology, is there anyone having the same problem out there? Terms and gadgets are too many. Any help?

I am in Africa and I wonder how we can beat stigma due to AIDS. Its pathetic!

Cancer..... a silent killer

I recently lost my friend to bone Cancer, it makes me scared...he had no pain untill when it had spread throughout the body!!!!
