I feel tired ,but i can't go to sleep.I know I got neurasthenic...i have no idea.i need sleep,but always be awake in bed.I am suffering for a long time.Do you have helpful advice to figure out?

He is a famous writer in China.I borrowed his book from my friend.it is the family.it is one of the trilogy.And the book in my hand is adapted from the family by famous dramatist,Cao Yu.And YingRuocheng translated it into english...
