to not be in any pain! I went to the pain clinic this morning to have a temporary ablation in my back to see if it was going to help.
I can't tell you how fantastic it felt when the pain was totally gone for almost five hours....

I haven't done a "what's for dinner" post in ages.
I felt ambitious today and made a pot of tomato (spaghetti) sauce. I breaded some eggplant cutlets and have them in the air fryer.
