Neil Yes. I agree that life is a rollercoaster ride, full of unexpected twists and turns. When my dad died and my mum died, I was not really prepared. I was really confident they could still be here for the next ten years or more.

Neil It is sad to know violence especially about women. But I grew really with healthy environment. Everyone was loving. My dad was really a responsible man for his wife, kids and even neighbors. The violence I witnessed was only sprung from civil wars.

Neil I think it is a basic skills we really need to be knowledgeable about. It sounds like it is easy to learn but for me it is not really easy though. I also took care of my dad before he died. At least I had a month of caregiving for him before he died.
