I used to have cold water bath in the morning. This could make me more refreshed and energetic to begin a new day. Before going to bed I prefer warm water shower. The massaging effect of the warm shower really makes me relaxed...

enru246 Hi sheenshaukat! i think that's not a habbit,it's just morree on psychological thing and can be reversed thru physiological response of our system,why don't you eat a light meal in the evening and have some apple scent in your room,that may help you sleep...
