Are you a cigarette smoker?

I am just wondering how many people are smokers, Have you tried to quite and if so how did you do it? For me I am a smoker of cigarettes only, I have tried to quite but i always seem to fail. I can't keep that urge away long...

128501 its easy to start than to quit smoking simply because cigarretes has an addictive content...sometimes no matter how we try quiting,theres something inside that urge us or make us crave for the substance we get from cigarretes...
