where you want to live if you have a choice?

I live in India and mostly travel all part of this country. I love mountain,river and snow... its make me choose.. manali,shimla and kashmir in india. But i am also love sea,beach and sun... so it will be Goa or Kerala... i been...

As most of you know my hubby had a tripple heart bypass in August and he now has to possibly have more surgery on his legs ans he has bad circulation and is getting severe pain on walking, anyway they also discovered an enlarged...

miladsafa there is a age limit on certain exercises, such as running or weight lifting. the elder you are the better but not exeeding 50 , 20-40 years old is the bet time to excersise

anshuman_2089 well i don't think that there is any age limit. everything depends upon your temprament and how much your body permits. when your body says to stop it ,i think u should stop then. bye

msmamaof2 I think Mylot is a great way to blow off steam, cure boredom, etc. I am not spending as much time on here as I used to but still like to check back a couple of times a day.
