4Humaira May you should choose foods that are healthy and low fat. Or you can eat whatever you like, but you have to have exercise too, to burn your fat in your body and you don't worry about your weight anymore.

Real madrid and Barcelona will meet on the semifinals of copa del rey cup. Eventhough Real madrid is not in the great form I think they defeat barcelona. My prediction is that madrid win by 3-2 on the first leg.
