Chicken breast is it relatively fat free??

777tash I love chicken breast, it's got no fat as long as you cut off the fatty bits, it tastes great, you can do alot with it, it's high in protein etc. I think it's a great choice for a meal.

I was reading a post and discovered that in America you have to pay if you go to the emergency department . Gosh we complain here about our hospital system but i never will again as hospital care here is free in the public...

777tash I am so glad that I live in Australia. I no longer complain about the health system. 5 years ago, my son was born 13 weeks premature, and after a 2 hour ambulance drive for me from my local hospital to a hospital that could care for my baby, a helicopter ride...
