Zoen hang out with friends when you don't have work , weekends or holidays. but not with bad influence people. Whenever you are alone , listen to inspiring music or make yourself busy like on Social media , I think you have online friends chat with your friends....

Kokil agarwal I understand it isn't easy to come.out of depressed state. But remaining confined to it clearly means more damage to oneself. Step out, look around and try to enjoy anything that makes you happy
