I have been using epson salt to detox my scalp and feet. I find it is very effective in removing dead skin. My feet feels smooth and shiny.

Ashvinder Kaur Yes. I agree dear too much chemicals in the hair dye can cause severe hair loss. Used natural colour treatment is a good option such as herbal hair dye.

Ashvinder Kaur Yes, that's good.. Use shampoo that is made from natural ingredients if you can and if not add in natural ingredients into the shampoo.
