although i like green tea but i prefer chamomile and jasmine tea over it. they help me relax and unwind towards the end of the day. i consume one cup right before i sleep. what about you people?

Aishwarya actually green tea is full of antioxidants that help your skin to remain healthy, chamomile tea helps immensely with headaches.

i love caring for animals....i have a street dog at home...poor thing came to my gate one rainy day and has been with me ever since...turned 10 today....has been with me for 9 years....i recently adopted an orphaned squirrel baby...
