Has anyone ever found a friend in a public area? If so how do you meet someone in a public area and then make friends with them?

Akum4X So I guess no one knows how to meet someone in a public area. For instance, a mall, or a cafe? I wonder how some people make friends right away when they meet them for the 1st time.
