Alanliu It works because your stomach can't tell the difference between water and food so if you drink water your stomach can't tell so you will feel full even though you didn't eat anything

Do you let your baby cry out loud?

I know some parents do that to their children when they won't go to sleep on their own; when they want to be picked up and stuff... But I couldn't do that, it is very hard for me to just listen to his crying but not do anything...

Alanliu When I was on the plane it was my little brothers first time and it was an 11 hr flight and each time we hit turbulence my brother would just wail and I couldn't get any sleep at all
