Why want people exercise to lose weight anymore?????

People are taking these pills and getting surgey and etc.... What happen to just working out which is FREE all these other things people are trying to do cost money and have many side effects! Ok I understand certain situations...

Ash1092 Well I hope you have great achievement with your diet if you just stay motivated it will all pay off at the end and yeah that's is right at the end of the day you would want to feel more healtheir rather then looking like a stick!

Ash1092 Thanks alot that's a awesome point! Yeah exercising do demand more but it all depends on who's motivating you and how bad you want to do it!
