When will Diablo 3 be issued?

I heard my friend said that it will be on December 28, is that true? I'm really looking forward to it!

AthaNero Yeah, hopefully, but some reports also said that according to the videos and informations blizzard released, Diablo 3 has only completed by 20 percent... Hope that not true~~
