How do you feel about people pissing on the streets, is that healthy?

You are walking down the street and all of a sudden there is this someone who is pissing on the corner and filling the air with a stink. In my country we have a enforced law that's against people taking a piss on the streets...

Bauroch while disgusting and toxic, piss is sterile. you can't get sick from piss unless you drink it. however I feel that people should have more self control in an urban environment, and use bathrooms when able.
